GBS Accountant

The services is designed for small business who needs Reliable and Quality accounting services that can take care of their tax compliant and prepare monthly financial statement.

Scope

• Train client's staff to handle basic accounting functions 
• Provide monthly financial statement, and ledger 
• Prepare monthly tax return (VAT, withholding tax) , file semi annual and annual corporate tax return
• Provide quality auditor for annual tax return (Option)
• Advise by phone/fax/email on the company' s accounting & tax matters during normal working hours
• Take care and help minimize tax liability if the client is being contacted by the Revenue officer.

GBS Financial Controller

The services is designed for a medium-sized companies who have their own junior accountants but need an outsourcing financial controller who can taking care of their tax and accounting and/or their computerized accounting system

Scope

• Organize a simple but efficient (computerized) accounting system.
• Train the client's junior accountants to work routine jobs on accounting & tax matters.
• Supervise junior accountants a monthly closing in accurate & timely manner and help using these statements to better manage business and increase profitability.
• Take care client' s accounting and tax matters without increasing their headcount and at close to half the cost of a full - time controller.
• Take care and help minimize tax liability if the client is being contacted by the Revenue officer
